Call or email me and I will be happy to help you.<\/p>\n                                                                    <span><a href=\"tel:+48 41 278 72 70\">+48 41 278 72 70<\/a><\/span>\n                                                                                                    <span><a href=\"mailto:krzysztof.zielonka@unspi.com\">krzysztof.zielonka@unspi.com<\/a><\/span>\n                                                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                                                                    <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"section_timeline links section white\" style=\"padding-top: px; padding-bottom: px; margin-top: px; margin-bottom: px\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\"row\">\n            <div class=\"col-12\">\n                <div class=\"timeline\">\n                    <div class=\"time_item\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\">\n                        <h2>How we approached it..<\/h2>\n                    <\/div>\n                                                                        <div class=\"time_item\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\">\n                                <div class=\"text_placeholder\">\n                                    <span class=\"date\">Step 1<\/span>\n                                    <h3>Getting to grips with the challenge<\/h3>\n<p>The customer had an existing machine but wanted to convert it for a completely new application:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>suitable for both sealing and die-cutting sachets for food supplements,<\/li>\n<li>with a 6-lane production process,<\/li>\n<li>and fitted with an easy-open system, whereby the torn-off section must remain attached to the packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, the machine had to be quick to convert to other applications and \u2013 if necessary \u2013 easily reverted to its original standard function.<\/p>\n<p>A challenging combination of mechanics, cutting technology, seal quality and flexibility.<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                                            <\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"time_item\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\">\n                                <div class=\"text_placeholder\">\n                                    <span class=\"date\">Step 2<\/span>\n                                    <h3>Design of the comprehensive solution<\/h3>\n<p>As this was not just a matter of individual components but a functional comprehensive solution, we took a holistic approach to the project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>analysis of the existing frame and filling lines<\/li>\n<li>determination of the space required for 6-lane processing,<\/li>\n<li>integration of sealing and punching functions into a single controlled movement,<\/li>\n<li>and the development of a modular concept to enable quick changeovers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                                <\/div>\n                                                            <\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"time_item\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\">\n                                <div class=\"text_placeholder\">\n                                    <span class=\"date\">Step 3<\/span>\n                                    <h3>Development of interchangeable modules<\/h3>\n<p>A key component of the solution was the design and manufacture of the interchangeable sealing and cutting modules. :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It was of great importance to the customer that these could be converted quickly, with minimal downtime and production loss<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The modules were designed entirely for the customer\u2019s specific sachet material. The product to be filled also has a very low specific gravity, which had to be taken into account. We have used the easy-opening feature on several occasions and it was integrated fairly quickly<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                                            <\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"time_item\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\">\n                                <div class=\"text_placeholder\">\n                                    <span class=\"date\">Step 4<\/span>\n                                    <h3>Dealing with materials and low product weights<\/h3>\n<p>An additional challenge for us lay particularly in the properties of the packaging material used, combined with the very low weight of the end product.<\/p>\n<p>This required the usual extremely precise cutting geometries, but also a specific design in which the relatively low weight had to be provided with a stable seal and the transport of the sachets was not to be delayed, thereby ensuring that capacity could be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>Through multiple test phases and fine-tuning of the design, cutting pressure, temperature and timing, a stable, reproducible process was ultimately achieved.<\/p>\n                                <\/div>\n                                                            <\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"time_item\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"500\">\n                                <div class=\"text_placeholder\">\n                                    <span class=\"date\">Step 5<\/span>\n                                    <h3>Commissioning &amp; Final Result<\/h3>\n<p>Following assembly and adjustment, the machine has been successfully commissioned.
