Innovative Eurolock technology integrated into sealing jaws: cutting, sealing and reinforcing in a single movement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In packaging lines where speed, reliability and hygiene are paramount, creating a Eurolock (also known as a Eurohole) often constitutes an extra process step. Many systems therefore use separate blades or punching mechanisms, which can lead to additional wear, contamination and inaccurate results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delba has developed a solution that eliminates these drawbacks: an integrated eurolock mechanism within specially designed sealing jaws, enabling cutting and sealing to take place in a single fluid motion without major modifications to the machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our sealing jaws are designed so that the eurolock is cut directly during the sealing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additional reinforcement of the Eurolock<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In addition to cutting the hole, we can optionally lightly fuse the film around the Eurolock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This creates a reinforced edge, which offers significant advantages, particularly with certain film types, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For manufacturers wishing to produce variants with and without a hanging hole, we offer sealing jaws that are modular and constructed in segments. The operator can easily determine whether the Eurolock segment is used or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
