In order to further optimize our production capacity, including our packaging knives, we have invested in a high-quality laser cutting installation.
This machine has been operational since December 2025 and was specifically selected to cut the knives we manufacture with maximum precision and reproducibility.
The system is equipped with a powerful laser source, accurate positioning technology, and advanced process control, making complex geometries and high tolerances easily achievable. With this investment, we are taking an important strategic step forward in bringing the entire chain surrounding the production of packaging blades, among other things, entirely under our own management. By integrating the cutting process internally, we are less dependent on external suppliers, we reduce lead times, and we can respond more quickly to urgent customer requests or specific customization needs. The direct link between engineering, production, and quality control makes it possible to implement design changes or optimizations in near real time. Quality remains our highest priority. The laser cutter enables us to guarantee a very consistent cutting quality, with minimal thermal deformation and optimal use of materials.
Thanks to automated settings, continuous monitoring of cutting parameters, and accurate calibration, we can guarantee exceptionally high accuracy and repeatability. This not only results in a better end product, but also in a significantly more efficient and stable production process. The new installation strengthens our technical capabilities and is fully in line with our ambition to further increase the reliability, speed, and quality of our products.
By controlling the entire production chain, we are able to deliver to our customers faster, offer flexibility, and provide high-quality solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the modern packaging industry.
