From on-site measurement to validated solution in practice

Not every problem can be solved from behind a desk. That is why Delba offers on-site service: when parts cannot easily be sent or when a situation is complex, we come to you. One of our specialists measures parts and applications directly on site, analyses the problem in the line and translates this into a suitable technical solution. This way, we avoid assumptions and increase the accuracy of the end result.

Testing under realistic conditions

In specific cases, we test sealing jaws and packaging blades in-house, in combination with the customer’s film and the desired shape and dimensions of the packaging.

This takes place in our own test lab and experience centre, where solutions are validated under controlled but realistic conditions before implementation in the production environment.
